This website is Password protected and your account
containing your Digital Images will remain energized for a
span of 4 DAYS (96 Hours) from the date we upload your
photographs. If no difficulties are encountered then all
photographs are uploaded in the night of delivery date.
2)
To upload your photographs you will allow us
temporarily, royalty free license, to copy, upload and display
on website with your name and password which is known to you
only.
3)
We are obliged to keep your photos private and secured.
Your photographs are never made public and can be viewed only
by you or your near and dears one whom you have shared your
name and password.
4)
We reserve the rights to delete, edit, and remove at
our sole discretion all those photographs that we may find to
be abusive, threatening, vulgar or any such photos which may
cause distress of any kind.
5)
As per LAW,
KAYDEE STUDIOS
does not own any liability, warranty or fitness of any kind of
photographs, products etc.
6)
At no given time
KAYDEE STUDIOS
is responsible for any interrupted service to upload or show
photos of yours on website due to virus, server malfunctioning
which may cause above mentioned time schedule to go haywire.
7)
KAYDEE STUDIOS is not responsible at any given time for
any kind of damages, losses ( data, profit etc) that may arise
by the use of our site and service. We will still not be
responsible even if you have been advised for the as foresaid.
